PLUG & PLAY

Loyalty points are awarded to your account when a completed gaming-session bill is settled. Unpaid credit bills, booking alone and canteen-only purchases do not earn points.

PS5 playtime rounds up to 30-minute blocks, with a 60-minute minimum. You earn 1 base point per whole billed hour: 60 or 90 minutes earns 1 point; 120 minutes earns 2.

A settled VR session earns 2 base points, regardless of its duration.

Tuesday and Wednesday sessions earn an extra base award. Every fifth qualifying session also earns an extra base award. If both apply, the total is 3× base points. Day bonuses follow the recorded lounge business date, which changes at 6 am IST.

Use a friend’s referral code when creating your account. Both accounts receive 3 bonus loyalty points after the new customer’s first qualifying gaming-session bill is paid, not at signup.

Reaching 50 qualifying gaming sessions unlocks the Legend badge and a one-time bonus of 5 loyalty points. Loyalty tiers are activity milestones, not paid membership plans.

Redeem 10 points for a one-hour gaming reward, or 18 points for two hours. Show your claimed reward to staff, who apply it as a gaming-session discount. One claimed reward can be pending at a time; a reward does not reserve a station.

Your points balance expires 90 days after your latest qualifying points award, including a referral award. Earning qualifying points resets that date; signing in, booking or redeeming points does not extend it. Your account shows the remaining time.

Loyalty points are not money and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred between customer accounts. Event registration fees and event prizes are separate: the current website does not accept loyalty points for event fees or automatically award event prizes as loyalty points.
